His son Alex re-energised the brand in 1988 when he took over managing the business with the goal of creating a company focussed on achieving superior client outcomes.

The management team members bring a wealth of national and international experience from their roles with leading construction firms and are focussed on continuing the solid growth model Alex has developed.

In recent projects where we have partnered with the design teams, we have introduced a number of exciting environmental initiatives; aquifer storage and recovery, grey water recycling as well as solar capture and cogeneration. Therefore Candetti has installed ESD practices in all projects and continues to develop this ethos.
