ALEX CANDETTI – Executive Chairman
Alex is responsible to the overview of all aspects of the Candetti Group of Companies and is Executive Chairman of Candetti Constructions. He is respected in the marketplace utilising his networks and experience to identify and convert projects that match the profile of our strategic plan. He maintains a specific strategic overview with key clients and projects nationally to ensure delivery in line with our corporate expectations.

OKSANA TKACHENKO – Chief Financial Officer
Oksana has a diverse experience background which includes statewide rollout initiatives for the Master Builders Association SA. Her national role utilises previous experience as Commercial Manager in the Residential, Renovation and Commercial construction sectors, and allows her to effectively manage the financial and organisational requirements for successful project delivery.

JARROD LENGS – Development Manager
Jarrod draws upon years of international experience to successfully locate, negotiate, develop and execute projects nationwide. With international experience in Estimating, Project Management and Contracts Administration, he provides a holistic approach to asset delivery. Complementary design qualification, coupled with his attention to detail and strategic views ensure developments are realised through a pro-active approach.

MARK DOBRZYNSKI – Civil & Infrastructure Manager
Mark draws on 20+ years experience working on a variety of civil and mechanical major works in the civil, resources and water sectors throughout Australia, often in remote and arid locations. He is committed to delivering sustainable solutions for both our clients and the community, and provides a visionary leadership approach to Candetti's national major works projects.

DENES SARAKINIS – Construction Manager
As Construction Manager for Candetti Constructions, Denes has a rich portfolio of national works, and has been an instrumental member of several internationally renown companies as the Development Director. His proven leadership qualities and solid reputation in the national construction sector provide further evidence of a diverse capability and innovative approach to project delivery.

LLORA CANDETTI – Legal Counsel
As the in-house legal advisor for the Candetti Group, Llora's attention to contract details, together with her value-driven initiatives ensure each project's value is optimised regarding conditions and financial commitments. Previously working with international groups such as Thompson Playford and Fisher Jeffries, Llora has acquired a diverse and reputable insight into the commercial law field, and offers a unique legal perspective approach to Candetti's asset delivery.

GRAHAM COX – Contracts and Administration Manager
As the Contracts and Administration Manager for the Candetti Group, Graham provides more than 40 years of experience across all facets of the construction industry. Working across national and international sectors, he has completed a diverse portfolio of major works projects and remains committed to delivering the highest quality assets on time and within budget.

DUANE ROGERS – OHS+E Managaer
As the OHS&E Manager for Candetti Constructions, Duane draws on more than 10 years Defence Force experience to successfully ensure project delivery teams are operating within structured protocols and safety parameters. Duane's proven communication abilities and a unique knowledge of the OHS+E legislation enables Candetti Constructions to fully utilise his skills to administer construction projects in an effective manner.
