

Contract Administrator - Commercial (SA)
Candetti currently seeks a full time Contract Administrator for its rapidly growing business branch in Adelaide for immediate start.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will have responsibility for all contract administration functions, compiling scopes of work, negotiating and letting subcontracts, managing variations and correspondence, preparing, submitting and following up on progress claims, monthly reporting and administering Practical Completion and budget control through to Final Statements.
The ideal candidate will have Tertiary qualifications in a construction related field and a good knowledge of the Adelaide Construction Market will be an advantage.
