Candetti Constructions is a “Project Management” company within the Construction Industry. Candetti Constructions identifies the customer’s needs and uses the customer’s plans and specifications to “manage” the construction process on behalf of the customer – hence provide “peace of mind” for the customer and deliver a completed product safely and within the minimum of stress and maximum satisfaction on behalf of the customer.
Candetti Constructions is able to project manage the construction processes of any project due to the in-house processes which can be applied to any project that ensures minimum stress of the construction project with validation of works undertaken as peace of mind that all critical works were undertaken safely and as per specifications. Customer Satisfaction is the “product” that Candetti Constructions ultimately sells to its customers.
To ensure this customer satisfaction, Candetti Constructions has documented the in-house processes of managing a construction process with minimum of stress in an integrated management system known as the Candetti Management System (CMS).
Within the CMS:
- A growing list of processes are constantly being identified for the CMS;
- A sequence of these processes has been determined together with their interactions;
- A determination of the criteria and materials required to ensure the safe and effective operation and control of these processes;
- There is the availability of supporting information regarding the process; and
- Measuring, monitoring and constant analysis of those processes occurs and changes made as part of the continuous improvement requirements of the CMS.
The CMS contains various documents in order to disseminate the information within and those include procedures, policies, forms and checklists. Documentation produced as a result of the CMS is also recorded and stored as validation of the occurred processes within the system.
Candetti’s quality systems are certified to AS/NZS ISO9001:2000. This is in line with the building industry’s demand for higher levels of quality. This Quality Standard has been implemented throughout all functions of the business.
