Candetti Constructions OHS&W Management System is certified to AS/NZS 4801, however, safety is more than a certification, it's firmly embedded in the Candetti culture.
Candetti staff receives ongoing training in OHS&W procedures, and we are dedicated to industry initiatives that seek to improve health and safety of our employees, contractors, consultants and the general public.
Our onsite OHS&W responsibilities are also taken very seriously, illustrated by the tailoring of our OHS&W Project Manual for ALL new projects. We realise no two projects are the same, and each asset construction / management must proactively respond to the unique complexities and nuances that will inevitably arise at each job site.
Our nationally experienced managerial team, together with highly-qualified onsite supervisors allow us to proactively address potential issues before they arise, and eliminate potential hazards well before they become relevant.
Health and Safety practices are met on all projects by providing:
- Safe workplace procedures
- Adequate training and instruction, and
- Supervisory staff with specific safety responsibilities.
Led by our own dedicated OHS&W Manager, who brings a wealth of experience from working on large construction projects nationally, the Candetti group's reputation for safety is second-to-none, and we continually strive at each location to build on our safety values.
