Keens Office and Showroom
This is a high visibility project on a prominent site for our valued Client the Cohen Group of Companies. Keens are owned by the CMV Group who needed to relocate Keens to better utilize their existing West Terrace site.
The project incorporates a retail/wholesale showroom for executive office furniture, and incorporates office over two levels, warehouse and assembly areas, and additional mezzanine storage.
An existing low grade 2 storey office building on site was reinvented with a solar glass curtain wall faade to showcase the product to an arterial road, and roofing and roof structure were reworked to provide open areas in what had previously been an internal load bearing facility.
Candetti negotiated with the Development Assessment Commission, City of West Torrens and Transport SA to overcome myriad planning issues that impacted on the site.
