Working with the Client's design team we manage the physical delivery of the asset. Prior to construction we will work with the design team to ensure the cost effectiveness and buildability of the project. We will pre-qualify Trade Contractors and assist them to provide effective tenders to match project budgets. We will manage the construction process to ensure cost, quality and program objectives are achieved.
