As an agent for the Client, we represent the Client in all aspects of the project, from inception to completion. Such a role will generally include managerial line responsibility over consultants and the construction team.
Candetti Constructions have an established Design and Construction Division, comprising management personnel with both consultant and construction backgrounds. The management of this division is located in Adelaide and for major projects; additional full time management personnel are located at project sites. We have the ability and resources to both insource and outsource Architectural and Engineering Services.
This Design and Construction service allows us to control each project through the various stages so that it is aesthetically pleasing, functional, economical, and ‘buildable’, constructed within the times set at the inception of the project.
