As a company, we have the in-house capability to take a Client’s initial concept from the feasibility stage through to design, construction and completion ready for occupation.
Land Sourcing and initiating relationships with Developers for clients.
Through our relationships within the property industry and its numerous stakeholders, we can assist in sourcing land for required developments. We stress that we are not a developer, but can assist in identifying sources of land and initiating relationships to ensure our client’s requirements are met. Whether the requirement is for an owner/occupier or leaseback arrangement, we can provide a competitive offer.
Generation of a Brief.
Industry experience allows us to gain the right answers from clients to ensure the creation of a brief that fulfils their requirements. This process drives the entire construction process and it is important to clearly identify the details and significance of client’s requirements to enable us to effectively deliver a successful outcome.
Design Process and Approvals.
We manage the design and approval process through our industry relationships and alliances. Effective design management with a focus on client requirements and buildability is integral to the Design and Construct process. Incorporating Design and Construction methodology typically results in a more successful and cohesive process in delivering a superior product. It also provides the opportunity to negotiate staged approvals to allow construction to commence on a ‘fast track’ basis before the completion of final documentation.
Technical and Cost Advice.
As well as our in-house specialist team, we enjoy alliances with preferred partners, who are market leaders in their own right, within the industry. They will provide specialist input in architectural issues, civil and structural design, building services, and where necessary expert cost planning. Beyond this we also have resources to assist in storage and racking design, logistics and transport, plant layouts, and negotiation for and delivery of infrastructure services.
